Algunas de sus mejores posiciones son el No. 2 en Hot 100 de Grupo o Dúo, No. 35 en el Top 200 de álbumes y No. 15 en el Hot 100 de Artistas. Billboard también ha colocado el sencillo "You Found Me" en el No. 15 y en el No. 10 del Top 40.
La lista de Lo Mejor de la Década de Rhapsody también incluyó "How To Save A Live" en el No. 56 del Top 100 de Canciones de la Década.

Hey I saw u guyz last year in March at the palace in Melbourne n even though I went for Secondhand Serenade u guys were awesome an put on a Great show! just wondering if anyone can tell me the supporting band for ur upcoming australian tour? i hope even though Secondhand serenade r busy in the studio recording there new album u ask them and they come back! cant wait to c u in australia again! love tania

Got to see you live at Jingle Jam this thursday night! The Fray is my all time favorite band, but i never knew i could love the band any more than i already did, until you were singing right in front of me! It was hands down, best concert I've ever been to.
